Cancellation Policy
Hair Alchemy LLC Booking Policies Communication Hours: Tues–Sat 9am–6pm (messages returned during business hours only) Cancellations/Rescheduling: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required Late Policy: Arrivals 15+ minutes late with no communication may be cancelled and may require rescheduling Adjustments: Correction requests must be made within 7 days and scheduled at the next available opening Please note: Hair results may vary based on previous color history, home care, medication, hormones, mineral buildup, and/or hair condition Allergies: Known allergies/sensitivities must be disclosed prior to service; waiver may be required Refunds: No refunds on services Retail: ALL SALES FINAL — no refunds or returns By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
